Refund Policy

50% of your camp tuition is non-refundable for any reason. If injuries, sickness or circumstances make it impossible for you to attend our camp, we must be notified 10 days prior in order to issue a partial refund. If injuries, sickness or circumstances do not permit you to cancel 10 days prior, we will apply the entire fee towards a future camp, and you will not be eligible for a partial refund. Balances and deposits are transferable to siblings or family members ONLY! Any requests submitted after the camp will not be accepted and you will forfeit your tuition. If you do not, or cannot, attend a future camp, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Refunds will not be addressed or sent out until 2 weeks after camp.

Weather Policy

The safety of our players, coaches, referees, fans, and staff comes first.  In the event of adverse weather or unplayable field conditions, Panther Lacrosse reserves the right to cancel camp partially or entirely, reduce time, eliminate scheduled sessions, shorten the time between scheduled events, finish camp before inclement weather arrives, and reschedule and/or relocate camp.  We will try to play every minute of the scheduled activity, but again, the safety of players and all camp attendees comes first. No Refunds will be granted if these actions are necessary after the start of the camp.

In the event a camp is canceled before the start of the event due to weather, partial or complete credit may be issued at the discretion of Panther Lacrosse Camps. The amount of the issued credit will be determined on a camp-by-camp basis.

If there is a lightning strike within 6 miles of the facility, play will be suspended immediately and will not resume until 30 minutes after the last lighting strike within 6 miles.

We will make every attempt to play every minute of the camp, but our ability to do this is dependent on field availability and lighting.  Weather conditions can change rapidly, and all players MUST be prepared to play as soon as the weather clears and fields are playable.

Facility Management & Athletic Trainers often have the final say on weather and field condition delays and cancellations.
